Job summary

Staff Alliance Inc. is seeking a frontline store staff member to greet customers, take orders, upsell products, and handle payments at SM Tanza in Cavite. The role requires at least a high school diploma, physical fitness, and compliance with local wage rules.

Responsibilities include inventory, displays, cleaning, and assisting in deliveries. Immediate start and government benefit registrations are expected.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Willing to work at SM Tanza.
• Must have SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN and NBI.
• Must be willing to accept the provincial minimum wage for Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide accurate product and promotion information.
• Assist customers in selecting products; recommend and upsell items based on needs.
• Operate the POS system, process payments correctly, and issue official receipts.
• Handle petty cash, loose change, and ensure accurate, secure cash management.
• Conduct opening/closing inventory, check variances, and report shortages.
• Clean and sanitize the store (counter, dining area, trays, utensils, equipment, floor).
• Prepare showcase displays, refill product shelves, and ensure proper arrangement/labeling.
• Assist in deliveries: receiving items, checking quantities, and signing documents.
