Job Description

Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them with product selection, and answer any questions about products or services.
Sales: Promote sales by recommending products, upselling, and helping customers make purchase decisions.
Cash Handling: Process transactions, operate the cash register, and handle cash or card payments accurately.
Stock Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are neat.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by following store layout guidelines.
Inventory Management: Help with stocktaking, report missing or damaged items, and assist with inventory counts as needed.
Customer Returns & Exchanges: Handle product returns or exchanges, ensuring a smooth process while following store policies.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient store operations, especially during busy periods.
No formal qualifications required, though previous retail experience is often preferred.
Flexibility with hours, including weekends or holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle light physical tasks, such as stocking shelves.
