• Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Sales & Merchandising: Promote and sell products, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure the store displays are neat and well-stocked.
• Product Knowledge & Targets: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales targets, actively working to achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Experience & Skills: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus; strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Appearance & Attitude: Presentable, friendly, and confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility & Availability: Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required by the store.
