Job summary

Hypha Provisions is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant for our outlet at Raffles Place MRT Station. You will join the front-line team, delivering a warm customer experience while supporting day-to-day retail operations.

The role requires Monday to Friday availability, 5–6 hours per day, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Training will be provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with purchases.
• Operate cashier, including cashless and other payment handling.
• Pack orders and assist with replenishment and restocking.

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily outlet operations.
• Support promotions and campaigns as required.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth customer experience.

About the Role

We are looking for Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at our outlet located at Raffles Place MRT Station.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be part of our front-line team, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service and assist customers with their purchases.

• Operate the cashier and handle cashless and other payment transactions.

• Pack customer orders and assist with product replenishment and restocking.

• Maintain attractive and well‑organised product displays.

• Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy and well‑maintained at all times.

• Follow proper hygiene and food safety standards.

• Assist with opening or closing duties, stock monitoring and daily outlet operations.

• Support promotions, festive campaigns and other operational activities when required.

• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Part-time, Monday to Friday, 5 to 6 hours a day

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.

• Friendly, responsible and customer‑oriented.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

• Passion for food and interest in local F&B brands is a plus!
