1. Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide information about laundry services such as pricing, services offered, and pick-up or delivery options.
2. Laundry Operations: Process laundry orders, ensuring items are sorted, cleaned, and packaged properly. This may include handling delicate fabrics or special cleaning requests.
3. Cashier Responsibilities: Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and provide receipts to customers. Maintain an accurate cash register and assist with billing inquiries.
