Job summary

RELIANCECARE INC. in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, is hiring a Results Processing Analyst to ensure accurate, timely processing of medical examination results. You will validate and encode data, maintain confidentiality, and support audits within the Industrial Medicine Department.

Requirements include a 4-year degree in Medical Technology or related field and at least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience. Onsite work in Mandaluyong is expected.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a 4-year degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or allied health.
• Minimum 1 year in a medical/diagnostic/occupational health setting; industrial/corporate medical processing is a plus.
• Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, encode, and release medical examination results accurately and within the required turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure results comply with company, DOH, client-specific, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, laboratory personnel, and client service teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify results.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports of released, pending, and transmitted medical examination results.
• Support audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Industrial Medicine Department.

Qualifications

• College graduate (4-Year Bachelor's Degree required: Medical Technology, Nursing, or any allied health-related course).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical, diagnostic, or occupational health setting; experience in industrial or corporate medical processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, confidential, accountable, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Currently residing in Metro Manila and amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
