Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them using the POS system.
• Serve food promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, card, and other electronic payments accurately and securely.
• Prepare food according to company recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Assist in food preparation, portioning, assembling, and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
• Restock supplies and assist in monitoring inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
• Address customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve operational, sales, and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
