Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to optimize restaurant systems, strengthen inventory controls, and drive consistent store performance across our restaurant chain.

You will lead process improvements, coordinate system enhancements, develop SOPs, and collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain and store teams to deliver measurable results. Candidates should have 8–10 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years in leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in operations support, restaurant systems, inventory management, or business process improvement.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience supporting fast food, restaurant chain, QSR, or food service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations through process improvement initiatives.
• Manage restaurant systems that support inventory and store operations.
• Coordinate system implementation, testing, and enhancements.
• Develop standardized operating procedures and documentation.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commissary teams.
• Conduct training and provide operational support to store teams.
• Monitor inventory performance and recommend improvements.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement projects.
