Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising rosters, monitoring performance, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant operations or a similar supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, guide, and support restaurant staff in performing their duties.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper implementation of service standards, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and proper handling of restaurant equipment.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and controlling operational costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist in staff training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant.
• Prepare operational reports and other documentation as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
