Responsibilities include planning production daily/monthly, placing weekly orders for frozen/dry items, monitoring inventory, hygiene, safety, and cost control, while aiming for high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares production plan on a daily and monthly basis.
• Prepares weekly order for frozen and dry items.
• Ensures stocks in good condition and good quality.
• Checks sell by or expiration dates and quality of products displayed.
• Monitors inventory and compares ledger with actual stock counts.
• Monitors daily supply to maintain target gross margin.
• Oversees proper use of equipment and safety in operations.
• Assists in staff scheduling, training, and discipline.
• Ensures health, safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards.
