Job summary

PLK Philippines, Inc. (Popeyes) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our quick-service restaurant. You will drive guest satisfaction by overseeing sales, cost management, and staff performance while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field and 3–5+ years in a Restaurant Manager position within fast-service environments. You will coach, mentor, and ensure teamwork to deliver quality food and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer-service mindset.
