Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance on Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs in the area.
• Oversee day-to-day Dine-In and Take-Home operations to promptly meet customer needs.
• Support sales building initiatives through relationships with institutional accounts.
• Assess opportunities in operations and cost management to meet growth targets.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring, orientation, scheduling and shifts.
• Handle store administration, permits, reports and safety programs.
