Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree in urban development or climate resilience related field.
3+ years NGO experience, field-based in climate resilience and urban development.
Knowledge of urban development and resilience concepts.
Experience with program design and proposal development.
Experience with capacity strengthening practices.
Experience with M&E and analysis.
Experience networking with donors and partners.

Responsibilities

Provide technical advice and coordinate with government partners on Urban Development projects.
Support program design and implementation in line with CRS standards.
Lead the resilient shelter pilot implementation in the Philippines.
Advise on land use and shelter planning for resilience.
Engage with donors and partners to strengthen collaborations.
