Job summary

Wilcon Depot seeks a Business Resilience and Sustainability Coordinator to drive two programs: BCM and ESG, under guidance from VP leaders. You will maintain documents, schedule activities, track action items, and prepare materials for senior leaders across departments to ensure timely progress in a busy retail environment.

Knowledge of BCM is beneficial but not required; training will be provided. ESG is being built progressively as the organization grows, with opportunities to shape processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication for reports and documentation.
• Comfort coordinating across departments and levels with professional follow-up.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• BCM Document Coordination — Maintain and update the master BCP and subsidiary plans; ensure version control and accessibility.
• BIA Coordination — Collect data across departments for annual Business Impact Analysis; update tracker and close identified gaps.
• RTO Documentation Support — Prepare materials and schedule RTO alignment sessions; document recovery time objectives.
• Exercise and Drill Coordination — Organize tabletop exercises and store/DC drills; document outcomes and action closure.
• Supply Chain and DC Continuity Support — Maintain contingency plans and 3PL BCP compliance tracker; follow up on requirements.
• BCM Compliance and Training Coordination — Track regulatory deadlines; coordinate annual BCM orientations and quarterly refreshers.
• ESG Coordination and Reporting Support — Maintain ESG framework; gather data for annual ESG report; monitor regulatory updates.
• Steering Committee Support — Prepare agendas, status reports, and decks; manage action item logs.
