Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks an ESG Associate to coordinate data collection, track submissions across departments, and maintain ESG trackers and documentation of policies, certifications, photos, and data sheets. You will assist in organizing ESG trainings, workshops, and alignment meetings, including logistics and materials, plus support the preparation of presentations, handouts, and basic design tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree required or equivalent
• 0-2 years in ESG, sustainability programs, project coordination, or events; data collection/reporting exposure is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and willing to learn ESG basics; good communicator and team player
• Proficient with project coordination and administrative tools
• Basic MS Office / Google Workspace; data entry & documentation in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in presentation preparation, event coordination, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG data collection, track submissions, and follow up with departments
• Maintain ESG trackers, calendars, and documentation of policies, certifications, photos, data sheets
• Assist in organizing ESG trainings, workshops, and alignment meetings, including logistics and materials
• Support preparation of presentations, handouts, and basic design tasks
• Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
• Track progress of ESG initiatives against timelines and KPIs
• Assist with CSR programs as needed
• Take ownership of assigned ESG tasks under supervision
