Responsibilities include supervising a team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities required.
• Supervisory or lead experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC / Aircon.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and conduct inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Prepare daily and weekly maintenance reports.
