Qualifications

• Proven experience with TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster.
• Ability to create floor plan sketches from field measurements.
• High accuracy and sharp attention to detail.
• Awareness of confidentiality requirements for sensitive data.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and able to self-direct.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input subject, site, improvement, room, photo, contract, listing, and comparable sale data into TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster.
• Import and arrange MLS and public record data.
• Catch missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review.
• Create floor plan sketches in the appraisal software from field measurements.
• Follow established templates and procedures to the letter on every report.
• Uphold strict accuracy and confidentiality across all data and documents.
• Keep report files orderly and consistent from one assignment to the next.
