Qualifications

• Must hold a CPA license in good standing with the PRC or be an Attorney-at-Law admitted to the Philippine Bar.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in corporate finance, auditing, legal compliance, or corporate secretarial services.
• Citizen and permanent resident of the Philippines, based in Metro Manila for convenient appearances.
• Independent consultant, partner at a professional firm, or authorized by employer for external board appointment without conflicts.
• Impeccable reputation with no history of financial irregularities or regulatory blacklist; bondable for corporate banking structures.

Responsibilities

• Bank Account Opening & KYC: physically visit the designated bank branch to sign account opening forms and complete KYC checks.
• Corporate Governance Sign-Off: co-sign mandatory annual compliance filings (e.g., GIS and Audited FS).
• Regulatory Endorsements: provide fiduciary signatures for tax registrations or licensing when required.
• Fiduciary Liaison: act as local point of contact to ensure compliant inbound wire routing of foundation capital from Hong Kong.
