1. Corporate Context & About Us
Asia Partners Corporation is a Hong Kong-based sports investment firm managing capital allocations, commercial partnerships, and institutional growth across the regional sports ecosystem. As part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, we are establishing a new, non-stock, non-profit corporate foundation in the Philippines.
The foundation's primary mission is to raise funds and deploy resources to empower local youth through targeted education and vocational skills training initiatives, with an official program launch targeted for December 2026.
2. Position Overview
Because Asia Partners Corporation's executive management team is based entirely overseas, the foundation requires a mandatory resident officer to satisfy Philippine SEC governance and banking compliance rules. The Nominee Corporate Treasurer will serve as an independent legal resident board representative and primary corporate signatory in Manila.
This is a non-operational, part-time nominee role requiring minimal time commitment. Daily bookkeeping, tax computations, and local administrative tasks will be executed separately by our regional HR and local administrative teams (or outsourced accounting providers).
