Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications or licenses in project controls are required.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience focusing on cost control, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling methodologies, and earned value management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost and schedule baselines aligned with contract requirements.
• Monitor expenditures and progress, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare project control reports and document delays, cost variations, and mitigations; coordinate with CM teams and stakeholders.
