Job summary

International Care Ministries seeks a Research Lead to independently implement and manage research projects from data collection to dissemination. You will work with Senior and Principal Investigators to ensure rigorous execution and supervise Research Assistants, collaborating with internal and external researchers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with a research methods or statistics-based thesis.
• Experience in a development or social science context preferred (2–3 years).
• Strong data management and analytical skills; proficiency with quantitative and/or qualitative data.
• Proficiency in SurveyCTO, ODK or similar platforms; strong statistical software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage research projects from data collection through analysis and dissemination.
• Supervise Research Assistants and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to research reports or publications with strong written and verbal communication.
