Job summary

Kantar is seeking the next generation of talent to join our Singapore Offshore Insights team as a Research Associate. You’ll support large-scale, multi-market research programs, building core skills in data analysis, storytelling, and project delivery.

In this role, you’ll work with experienced researchers across Singapore and globally, gain hands-on experience on live projects, and develop technical capabilities in tools like Q, data visualization, and PowerPoint while collaborating with

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of research projects, ensuring outputs are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Work with data — organising, validating and contributing to analysis and reporting.
  • Help prepare charts, presentations and reports that bring insights to life.
  • Learn how research projects are managed end‑to‑end, from questionnaire to output.
  • Build an understanding of how insights solve real client challenges.
  • Collaborate with teams across functions to ensure seamless delivery.

Job Goals
As a Research Associate, you’ll:

Ideal Skills & Capabilities
  • Recent graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Excel/PowerPoint (experience with Q/SPSS is a bonus, not essential)
