Job summary

Delimondo Food Specialties Inc is seeking an experienced product development professional to lead end-to-end R&D for new and modified meat products. The role requires work from concept, formulation, testing, commercialization and post-launch evaluation, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will prepare and maintain complete technical documentation, including formulations, process procedures, finished product specifications, labeling declarations, and ensure strict adherence

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assists immediate head in the end-to-end research and development of new and modified products. Manage product development lifecycle from concept, formulation, and testing commercialization and post launch evaluation.
• Ensures successful development, quality consistency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of the products aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation including product formulation, process procedures, finished products specifications, technical descriptions, and labeling/ingredients declaration.
• Ensures strict compliance with food safety and quality standards and maintain accurate, complete and confidential records.

COMPETENCE and EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering and/or other related course
• 3-5 years working experience in food manufacturing/production operations or equivalent; at least with 1-2 years experience in a meat processing plant, manufacturing canned and frozen meat products
• Technically skilled with strong culinary inclination, innovative and creative.
• With good understanding and adherence on government requirements and standards regarding food.
• Knowledgeable on industry's GMP/GHP, HALAL, HACCP and FSSC standards and requirements.
