Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking an Asset Sales Coordinator to drive the sale of repossessed assets. You will monitor units, prepare sale documents, update online information, and coordinate viewing schedules with branches and buyers.

The role requires one year of asset management experience, strong organization, and field-work readiness. The position includes training at head office with free accommodation and transport reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four year business course or undergraduate.
• At least 1 year work experience in asset management or asset accounting.
• Can work flexibly under pressure and has strong organizational skills.
• Articulate, assertive, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to do field works.
• Free accommodation, reimbursable transportation expenses, and training allowance will be provided during the training period at the Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Attain monthly target set by the Management.
• Monitors all repossessed units, appliances and vehicles.
• Prepares documents for sold items such as Deed of Sale and Contract to Sell and notations in manual deletion memo of units.
• Distributes accurate information updates via online sites and provides feedback on inquiries of prospective buyers.
• Coordinates schedules of viewing with branch managers and prospective buyers.
• Visits the warehouse and assists prospective buyers during viewing of sale items/units.
• Updates prices of sale items/units and status of foreclosed units.
• Arranges pull-out schedule of items/units from branches to warehouse.
• Prepares and submits the following reports to the immediate superior: Monthly Inventory of Acquired/Repossessed Assets; Monthly Sales Report, Redeemed and Newly Acquired Assets; Legal Reports.
• Does marketing activities like flyering, posting and distributing advertising materials to promote the sale items/units.
• Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
