South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a driven field sales associate in Cavite to handle repossessed assets. You will monitor assets, prepare sale documents, and coordinate viewing schedules with buyers and branch managers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four year business course.
• At least 6 months work experience in asset management.
• Can work flexibly under pressure and has strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for attaining the monthly target set by the Management.
• Monitors all repossessed units, appliances and vehicles.
• Prepares the necessary documents for sold items/units such as Deed of Sale and Contract to Sell and notations in manual deletion memo of units.
• Distributes accurate information updates via online sites and provides feedback on inquiries of prospective buyers.
• Coordinates schedules of viewing with branch managers and prospective buyers.
• Visits the warehouse and assists prospective buyers during viewing of sale items/units.
• Updates prices of sale items/units and status of foreclosed units.
• Arranges pull-out schedule of items/units from branches to warehouse.
• Prepares and submits the following reports to the immediate superior: Monthly Inventory of Acquired/Repossessed Assets, Monthly Sales Report, Redeemed and Newly Acquired Assets, Legal Reports.
• Does marketing activities like flyering, posting and distributing advertising materials to promote the sale items/units.
• Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
