ADEC INNOVATIONS HEALTHCARE, INC is seeking a Reports Analyst to gather and document report requirements and manage the production of reports, including financial and quality metrics, ensuring standard reports are delivered accurately and on time.

The role involves delivering ad hoc and standard reports, designing report views, maintaining the reports inventory, real-time monitoring, forecasting staffing needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide actionable insights for management.

Responsibilities

• Delivers timely ad hoc and standard operational reports in order to provide regular and adhoc results interpretation to ADEC management as requested.
• Assists in designing insightful report views (excel-based, tool-based, or dashboards) to optimize reports generation and presentation.
• Contributes on maintaining and managing reports inventory and its subsequent change requests to ensure compliance with records management process.
• Provides real-time monitoring via available tools and workforce management techniques to make intra-day adjustments in an effort to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals / business objectives.
• Assists in performing continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conduct real-time re-forecasting to aid in making necessary adjustments in staffing plans.
• Assists in generating volume forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis for multi-site operation to generate and evaluate staffing schedules and short and long-term staffing models that will help the Operations team achieve its service level goals/business objectives.
• Collaborates with colleagues and other stakeholders to provide necessary reports and analysis.
• Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
