Position Overview
The Reporting Operations Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and producing standardized operational reports that support both clients and internal business teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting solutions used across multiple client accounts.

Working within established reporting frameworks, the Reporting Operations Specialist will configure and maintain reporting tools, support data collection processes, generate recurring client reports, and implement enhancements as reporting requirements evolve. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage recurring deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting Infrastructure

• Build, configure, and deploy spreadsheet-based time trackers for new client teams.
• Customize tracker layouts, dropdown menus, validation rules, and data fields based on each team's operational requirements.
• Maintain reporting trackers as teams evolve, including updates to team members, task types, and other reporting attributes.
• Ensure reporting tools remain organized, accurate, and easy for operational teams to use.
  

Data Quality & Reporting Operations

• Monitor reporting trackers to ensure data is captured accurately and consistently.
• Partner with operational teams to resolve reporting issues and improve data quality.
• Provide guidance on the proper use of reporting trackers and related documentation.
• Maintain the integrity of reporting systems while supporting ongoing operational changes.
  

Weekly Report Production

• Generate recurring client-facing Weekly Summary Reports and internal Employee Scorecard reports using Tableau.
• Review Tableau workbooks to verify that charts, metrics, filters, and visualizations accurately reflect approved reporting data.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure reports are accurate, visually appealing, and client-ready.
• Export finalized reports to PDF and distribute completed deliverables to internal stakeholders according to established service levels.
  

Tableau Configuration & Maintenance

• Configure standardized Tableau workbooks for new client teams by adapting existing reporting templates.
• Connect workbooks to new reporting data sources and validate reporting accuracy.
• Modify workbook filters, formatting, visualizations, and report components as needed.
• Maintain existing Tableau workbooks to support changing business and client requirements.
  

Reporting Enhancements

• Implement new reporting requirements requested by clients or internal stakeholders.
• Add new metrics, charts, visualizations, and reporting elements to existing reporting solutions.
• Modify reporting trackers to capture new operational data when required.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting templates, documentation, and reporting processes.
  

Ad Hoc Reporting

• Support one-time and recurring reporting requests, including data preparation for Annual Business Reviews and other client presentations.
• Compile, organize, and validate reporting data from multiple sources as requested.
• Assist with reporting initiatives that support operational decision-making across the organization.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Client Operations, Delivery Center Leadership, Client Success, and Implementations to support reporting initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
• Assist with documenting reporting processes and maintaining reporting standards.
  

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, operations, business support, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies and formatting issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.
• Ability to learn new reporting tools and technologies quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow standardized processes while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Tableau or another business intelligence/reporting platform.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards, reports, or data visualizations.
• Experience supporting operational reporting or business reporting processes.
• Familiarity with data validation, quality assurance, or reporting best practices.
