Symbos Managed Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Statistics Coordinator to support financial and operational reporting for a client team.

You’ll gather data from multiple systems, ensure accuracy, and translate numbers into clear insights for stakeholders. You will work with billing, accounts receivable and operational data, perform daily, weekly and monthly reports, and collaborate with onshore teams to meet reporting deadlines and SLAs in a hybrid setting that includes one WFH day

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in data reporting, finance operations or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines and SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Gather billing, accounts receivable and operational data from multiple systems.
• Check data for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Analyze trends, variances and performance metrics.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Work with onshore teams on reporting requirements and clarifications.
• Maintain reporting templates, trackers and supporting documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting, audits and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to make reporting more accurate and efficient.

You'll work with billing, accounts receivable and operational data, making sure information is accurate, identifying trends and helping stakeholders understand what the numbers are telling them.

What we're looking for

• Strong Microsoft Excel capability, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or another business-related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines and SLAs

Great if you also have

• Exposure to AR, billing or operational reporting
• Experience within a shared services or BPO environment
