A.K. TinSon Import Corporation is hiring an energetic, detail-oriented Repacker to join our operational team in Metro Manila. No prior work experience is required, and we provide straightforward on-the-job training. Your main duties will involve measuring and repacking raw materials and preparing e-commerce orders for dispatch.

The position offers minimum wage of ₱695/day, overtime pay, a 5-month probationary path to regular employment, and complete Philippine statutory benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed at least 2nd year of college (undergraduate).
• Experience: No experience required — fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Raw Material Repacking: Accurately weigh, measure, and pack chemical raw materials into smaller containers/bags following safety and quality standards.
• E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Safely pack, seal, and label daily online orders (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook) for courier pick-up.
• Warehouse Support: Assist in loading/unloading shipments, organizing stock inventory, and keeping the workplace clean and safe.

Schedule & Shift

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Raw Material Repacking: Accurately weigh, measure, and pack chemical raw materials into smaller containers/bags following safety and quality standards.
• E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Safely pack, seal, and label daily online orders (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook) for courier pick-up.
• Warehouse Support: Assist in loading/unloading shipments, organizing stock inventory, and keeping the workplace clean and safe.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Pay: ₱695.00 / day (~₱18,070.00 gross monthly pay).
• Overtime Pay: Extra pay for work performed beyond 8 hours/day or during rest days, in full compliance with Philippine Labor Law.
• Employment Status: 5-month probationary period with on-the-job training provided.
• Statutory Benefits: Full coverage including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th-Month Pay, Holiday Pay, and Leave Entitlements.
