Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering; Licensed Engineer.
• Two years of experience in quantity surveyor, civil or electrical engineering role in construction or energy industry; with one year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains cost estimates, forecasts, or cost models for RE projects.
• Identify cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project.
• Perform complete take-offs to calculate estimated quantities and units of work.
• Track price trends on renewable energy equipment and materials.
• Conduct time studies to understand construction sequence, means, methods, and site conditions.
• Conduct market research and lookback analyses to identify key drivers.
