GHD is actively seeking a Renewable Energy Engineer to join our Energy and Resources team in the Philippines. You will contribute to the design and delivery of utility-scale solar projects and related energy solutions, with potential involvement in BESS and wind projects.

You will perform electrical design calculations, prepare reports and drawings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Site visits may be required to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Solar PV.
• Exposure to BESS, substations, or power infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Experience in design and delivery of renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of power systems, electrical design, and relevant industry standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

As the demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we’re looking for aRenewable Energy Engineerto join our Energy and Resources team.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of utility-scale and commercial solar projects, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable energy solutions. While the role is primarily focused on solar energy, there may be opportunities to support other renewable technologies, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and wind projects.
