Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Front End WordPress Developer for an independent contractor engagement. You will own WordPress websites from sitemap through launch, focusing on responsive, high-quality UI/UX.

Knowledge of Elementor, Gutenberg, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is essential to build service-based sites, landing pages, and campaigns. Strong design sense and performance optimization are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Strong experience developing websites in WordPress.
• Strong front-end development with solid design awareness.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• PHP/WordPress theme development.
• WordPress custom post types and fields.
• Advanced Elementor development.
• Gutenberg/block development.
• Experience with responsive web development.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites and pages.
• Build landing pages and service-based sites.
• Create high-converting landing pages for campaigns.
• Translate wireframes and designs into intuitive structures.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, performant sites.
• Implement SEO fundamentals during build.
• Manage hosting, migrations, and deployments.
• QA and troubleshooting before/after launch.
