Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a WordPress Administrator to own day-to-day administration of batchdata.io, our marketing landing site.

You will build and maintain pages on our Elementor-based site, insert HTML, and own the technical SEO foundation including sitemaps, Search Console, structured data, and plugins. You will also manage the Google Tag Manager container, track and optimize ad campaigns, and ensure updates to WordPress core, themes, and plugins while coordinating with marketing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on WordPress admin for marketing/landing sites.
• Expertise with Elementor (Pro) and HTML embedding in Elementor.
• Strong SEO foundation including sitemaps, robots, canonical URLs.
• Experience with GTM for tagging and analytics.
• Familiarity with Cloudways hosting, backups, and caching.
• Excellent written and spoken English; offshore US-hour support.

Responsibilities

• Administer WordPress core updates, plugins, and themes.
• Manage Cloudways hosting, backups, and server caching.
• Maintain XML sitemaps, robots directives, canonical URLs, and SEO tools.
• Configure and manage Google Tag Manager containers.
• Update site content and pricing pages via Jira tickets.
• Monitor performance and fix issues in Search Console.
• Ensure security best practices and monitor for vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
