Job summary

Staff X is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to build, launch, and manage digital touchpoints end to end. This full-time contractor role is remote from the Philippines and aligns with Australian business hours, focusing on Wix/WordPress websites, email marketing via Zoho, and event collateral from brief to live delivery.

You will work independently, delivering high-quality designs, tests, and campaigns with minimal supervision while maintaining fast turnaround and real ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Wix, including design, layout management, and maintenance.
• At least intermediate proficiency in WordPress for website updates and layout adjustments.
• Strong Canva and graphic design skills with experience creating marketing materials.
• Hands-on experience creating email designs using Zoho and related assets for campaigns.
• Portfolio showcasing marketing design work and completed websites built with Wix/WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Build and update agent websites on Wix and WordPress with timely drafts.
• Build, test, and schedule EDMs using Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho CRM.
• Create event marketing collateral and manage briefs from concept to completion.
• Review briefs, identify next steps, and move work forward independently.
• Follow up on missing information, approvals, and feedback with clear summaries.
• Conduct desktop and mobile QA on layouts, links, imagery, and content before go-live.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the marketing manager during Australian business hours.
