Job summary

Outsourced is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a leading high-end windows, doors and facades project team for Australian clients. You will interpret complex architectural drawings, compile detailed bills of quantities, and prepare accurate quotations covering materials, labour and installation.

Work is home-based from the Philippines with a daytime Manila schedule. You will liaise with clients and builders to ensure scope clarity, align with AS 1288 and AS 2047, and deliver

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in residential or commercial architectural/drafting work
• Proficiency in estimating, BOM creation, and construction-ready detailing
• Strong understanding of basic building requirements and codes (Australian standards)

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural drawings, window schedules, and engineering specs.
• Prepare detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and installation.
• Ensure estimates comply with Australian Standards AS 1288 and AS 2047.
• Finalize fabrication-ready documentation from construction-ready plans and site measurements.
• Coordinate with builders, architects, and project managers to clarify scopes.
