Pavago is seeking a Website Designer to create modern, responsive, and conversion-focused websites for global clients. You will move projects from concept to launch, designing wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces, building in CMS platforms, and continually optimizing performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional website design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern website design and UX thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Build and maintain production websites on CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace).
• Create landing pages, service pages, marketing pages, and website components.
• Ensure responsive layouts, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, branding, and development teams.
