Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years hands-on programming/software development experience in enterprise/financial services.
• Proficient in Oracle databases and PL/SQL; familiarity with other RDBMS is a plus.
• Strong SDLC and software development best practices.
• Experience leading development efforts and mentoring teammates.
• Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Avaloq scripts (PL/SQL-based) for core banking functionalities.
• Lead parameterization to align Avaloq with client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, and unit testing for a stream.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
• Contribute documentation and maintain clean, well-documented code.
