Job summary

Ampstek in the Philippines seeks an Avaloq Specialist with hands-on 2–3 years in Avaloq Core to design, develop, and troubleshoot changes across ACP, RMWP and Web Banking modules. You will engage with business stakeholders, provide solution approaches and effort estimates, review code, support SIT/UAT, and assist in packaging releases while ensuring smooth integration with external systems like Finacle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Avaloq Core experience for 2–3 years with exposure to development, troubleshooting, customisations, and a good understanding of the application architecture and database structures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact analysis and technical design for ACP changes and other Avaloq modules like RMWP and Web Banking
• Provide solution approach and effort estimation
• Engage with business stakeholders
• Develop and implement fixes, enhancements, and modifications
• Perform code reviews and audits
• Provide SIT and UAT support
• Support Avaloq integrations with external systems, mainly Finacle
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Provide Level 3 support for production incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution
• Package, install, and validate releases
• Configure and maintenance of Integration Robot and Nightly Builds
• Create runbooks and orchestrate cutover
