The role involves leading the visual layer across the platform, website, content, and marketing, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and leveraging AI tools to enhance visuals and workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with images, websites, video, animation, and design systems.
- Understanding visual impact of new features.
- Able to accept feedback and push back with rationale.
- Proficient with design, video, and animation tools.
- Thrives in a fast-changing, scrappy environment.
- Strong design opinions but adaptable in execution.
- Proficient with Figma, AI image tools, animation software, video editing.
- Experience with tech product UI/UX.
- Keeps up with design blogs and industry accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create visuals across platform, website, content, and marketing.
- Develop tutorials, walkthroughs, and educational content.
- Generate images, graphics, templates, UI mockups, social content.
- Improve and maintain website; build landing pages.
- Shape aesthetic direction of features and campaigns.
- Handle motion, animation, and video when valuable.
- Deliver design work continuously.
