Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a creative Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging 20–60 second social videos for organic and paid campaigns. You will research each client’s brand, tailor editing styles per account, and deliver content with strong hooks and captions.

This is a 100% remote role based in the Philippines, with briefs, scripts, B-roll, voiceovers, and reference materials provided for independent execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form content for organic social media and paid advertising.
• Strong portfolio of engaging, high-quality video content.
• Proficiency in professional editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and English communication skills.
• Decisive, conscientious, and dependable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Editing: Transform raw footage into 20–60 second videos for Meta ads and social media.
• Creative Ownership: Work independently from high-level briefs with minimal direction.
• Client & Brand Research: Research each client’s brand and audience before editing.
• Audience Engagement: Apply hooks, pacing, captions, transitions to retain viewers.
• Quality & Collaboration: Maintain high editing standards and coordinate with the team.
• Workflow Management: Track project stages using Monday.com or similar tool.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create animated infographics and logo animations.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with TikTok/Instagram editing trends.
