Talk Fast Social is hiring a mid-level Video Editor to own post-production for short-form social content and paid ad creative. You will edit across multiple client accounts, delivering content that performs, not just looks polished.

You’ll work from raw footage, brand guidelines, and briefs to produce consistently fast, high-quality edits on a retainer-based basis. This fully remote role emphasizes speed, reliability, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or high-volume freelance).
• Strong working fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable).
• Demonstrated eye for short-form pacing and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Experience editing paid ad creative or understanding how ad edits differ from organic content edits.
• Comfort managing multiple projects/clients concurrently without quality loss.
• Reliable, deadline-driven work habits in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage to publish-ready deliverables.
• Edit paid ad creative variations for active campaigns, including hook testing and A/B cuts.
• Work from briefs, calendars, and brand guides across multiple client accounts.
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction to on-brand standards.
• Organize files and manage version control within the project structure.
• Turn around revisions quickly and apply feedback without re-explaining.
