Job summary

Swan Studio in Australia is seeking a Multimedia Designer (Video) to craft high-performing social ads across TikTok and Meta. You’ll edit raw footage into compelling edits, collaborating with strategists, designers, and producers to drive action.

You’ll work remotely from anywhere, leveraging your expertise in Premiere Pro, DaVinci, After Effects and CapCut to deliver UGC-style and branded content that converts while staying on brand and on trend.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience editing digital or advertising video content.
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats and what makes an ad convert.
• Proficiency in listed software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut).
• Experience editing for both UGC-style and polished branded content.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong storytelling instincts.
• Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging direct response video content for paid social platforms (primarily Meta and TikTok).
• Work with creative strategists and designers to translate briefs into high-performing edits.
• Cut both short-form and mid-length social videos with a focus on pacing, clarity, and conversion impact.
• Optimise content for platform best practices and trends while ensuring brand alignment.
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback.
