Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a full-time remote video editor to turn ~20-minute conversational recordings into polished short-form videos for Instagram and Facebook, working directly with the founder who handles client conversations and messaging guidance.

You will transform footage into engaging narratives while preserving the client’s voice, delivering 3–4 videos daily across multiple clients, and adapting your style to each brand. Central Time hours apply.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional video editing, with 2+ years in social content.
Excellent storytelling instincts for short-form formats.
Strong English comprehension and communication.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Turn conversational footage into focused short-form stories with strong hooks and clear structure.
Identify strongest moments with the founder’s guidance and build a complete narrative.
Preserve client voice while removing repetition and distractions.
Add captions, framing, B-roll, punch-ins, and supporting visuals as needed.
Deliver clean audio and polished, platform-ready videos with subtitles checked.
Keep content organized across 4–6 clients and deliver ~3–4 videos per day.
Adapt editing style to each client and brand.
