Qualifications

• Proven experience editing screen-capture or educational video content.
• High attention to detail with precise audio/video syncing.
• Fluency with TechSmith Camtasia, Audiate, SnagIt or willingness to learn.
• Strong knowledge of short-form formats for TikTok, Reels, Shorts.
• Excellent organizational skills with digital asset management experience.
• Autonomy and proactive problem-solving in a remote setting.
• Portfolio demonstrating at least one educational/tutorial video, one short-form video, and AI-synced clip.

Responsibilities

• Video Editing & AI Voice Syncing: transform raw screen captures into polished educational videos.
• Audio pacing and visual triggers to ensure precise timing between voiceover and on-screen actions.
• Short-Form Content Repurposing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Digital Asset Management: organize assets and maintain version control.
• Content Operations & Admin: manage publishing schedules and update content calendars.
