Outsourced.ph, a leading Philippines offshore outsourcing company, seeks a CPA for US Business Tax Preparer work focusing on corporate and partnership returns. Bookkeeping is handled by the team; this role centers on tax returns and adjustments.

You will prepare Form 1120 and 1065, perform adjustments, review balances, and ensure IRS compliance. Training on ProSeries provided; hybrid remote setup possible.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with strong exposure to US taxation.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience preparing US business tax returns.
• Solid understanding of US tax concepts for corporations and partnerships.
• Experience with US-based clients or US tax firms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training on tax processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US corporate (Form 1120) and partnership (Form 1065) income tax returns for small and mid-sized businesses.
• Perform accounting adjustments, including depreciation, amortization, and payroll grossing.
• Review trial balances, supporting schedules, and source documents before filing.
• Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax laws and IRS guidance.
• Communicate with the US team for clarifications and resolve open items.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security procedures.
• Use ProSeries tax software (training provided; prior experience preferred).
