You will work within a US-based accounting setup, handling Form 1120 and 1065 returns, and collaborating with the US team.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed CPA with strong exposure to US taxation.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience preparing US business tax returns (corporate and partnership).
• Solid understanding of US tax concepts for corporations and partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven experience working with US-based clients or US tax firms.

Aufgaben

• Prepare US corporate (Form 1120) and partnership (Form 1065) income tax returns for small and mid-sized businesses (approx. 25–300 returns per year shared across the team).
• Perform accounting adjustments, including: Booking amortization and depreciation; Grossing up payroll and other period-end adjustments.
• Review trial balances, supporting schedules, and source documents to ensure accuracy before filing.
• Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax laws and current IRS guidance.
• Communicate with the US team for clarifications and resolve open items on returns.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all data security and privacy procedures.
• Use ProSeries tax software (training provided if needed, but prior experience is preferred).
