Job summary

EDGE Tutor is seeking an Account Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of online education services for assigned client accounts, leading a team of online teachers, cultivating client relationships, and driving data-driven operational strategies.

You will be the central point of accountability for teacher quality, client satisfaction and overall account health while coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring scalable solutions and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of online teachers.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to present reports.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication; international client experience is a plus.
• Experience in disciplinary actions and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of online teachers to deliver quality learning experiences.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients; be the primary contact.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports for clients and senior management.
• Analyze metrics (booked lessons, lesson quality, teacher productivity) to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Lesson Support, Training, and Recruitment to enhance the student experience.
