Hire Overseas is seeking a Travel Concierge who loves crafting seamless travel experiences and delivering exceptional client service. You’ll be the trusted expert behind every journey, using AI-powered tools to research hotels, coordinate logistics, and chat with travelers via WhatsApp to make each trip effortless and personal.

This fully remote role offers two shift options, USD salary paid bi-monthly, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, client-obsessed and focused on making travelers feel like VIPs.
• Clear, precise written communication in English.
• Self-starter who learns quickly and improves processes.
• Comfortable using collaboration and travel tools (Slack, WhatsApp, Sheets, Docs).
• Experience balancing responsiveness with high quality under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Chat with travelers via WhatsApp to understand preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Respond quickly to inquiries with timely, helpful responses (within shift expectations).
• Coordinate hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel logistics across platforms, ensuring accuracy of location, timing and currency.
