Job summary

HR Primo Management Services in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Pricing & Account Management Manager to lead pricing strategy, account management, and partner coordination within logistics and freight forwarding. You will develop competitive pricing models, strengthen client and partner relationships, and ensure profitability with operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Master’s degree or professional broker accreditation is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
Strong knowledge of international trade, customs clearance, and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for freight and logistics services.
Lead internal account management and monitor department performance.
Build relationships with customers, global partners, and agents.
Lead negotiations to secure competitive agreements with clients and partners.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to tailor pricing solutions.
Track metrics and provide actionable performance reports.
Identify risks and suggest process improvements while ensuring policy compliance.
