Job summary

Cardinal Education is seeking a Remote Test Proctor (Part-time) to administer standardized exams for students via Zoom, with weekend sessions on a rotating schedule. You will prepare testing materials, vigilantly time each session across multiple exam types, observe behavior, and report issues to headquarters promptly.

The role includes paid training, bi-weekly payouts, and opportunities to grow within the company while supporting students and families with high-quality admissions and tutoring

Qualifications

• No proctoring experience required; in-depth paid training and shadowing provided.
• Experience with middle and high school students is a plus.
• Flexible to accept weekday proctoring sessions.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback.
• Strict adherence to protocol and professional conduct.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills; client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing materials and monitor students during exams
• Time students across up to five different exam types per session
• Observe, take notes, and ensure exam protocols are strictly followed
• Communicate with headquarters staff when issues arise during exams
